Which tools can PJ-OS replace?
PJ-OS brings CRM, quotes, invoices, payment reminders and booking reporting into one workflow. Built-in signing means no separate DocuSign subscription is needed for supported charter contracts.
What does PJ-OS not replace?
It does not replace legal advice, a full accounting system or a live global aircraft availability network. Use professional review and your existing operator relationships where appropriate.
Do I need to pay for AML as well as KYC?
No. The combined check includes identity, selfie and AML in one session, using one included monthly credit (Pro 1, Team 5) or one prepaid credit. Active subscribers on every plan, including Starter, can buy 1 prepaid credit for $15 or 5 for $49. A separate, optional individual AML-only re-screen uses its own allowance or one prepaid credit. Refreshing an existing result is free. Company KYB and owner screenings are separate. There are no automatic top-ups or usage charges.
