This Liability Disclaimer forms part of the PJ-OS Terms of Service. Please read it carefully — it explains what we are responsible for, and what we are not.

PJ-OS is software, not a party to your deals

PJ-OS provides workflow software for charter brokers and operators. We are not an air carrier, broker, agent, or intermediary in any charter transaction. Every contract, quote, booking, payment, and flight arranged using the Platform is made solely between the broker, operator, and/or client involved. We accept no responsibility or liability for the performance, cancellation, safety, legality, or outcome of any charter flight or agreement.

Templates are not legal advice

Contract and document templates available on the Platform are generic drafts provided for convenience only. They do not constitute legal advice, and we make no representation that any template is complete, up to date, enforceable, or suitable for your transaction or jurisdiction. You use, adapt, and issue documents entirely at your own risk, and you should have them reviewed by your own qualified legal counsel before relying on them. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, any template or generated document.

Uploaded documents are their author's responsibility

Where a user uploads their own contract or document to the Platform, that document belongs to, and remains the sole responsibility of, the party who authored or supplied it. We do not review, endorse, or verify the content of uploaded documents. The Platform's online document verification applies only to documents generated by PJ-OS itself, and even then confirms only that the document record was issued through the Platform — never its legal content or effect.

Compliance tools assist — they don't replace — your obligations

KYC, AML screening, risk-rating, and similar features are tools to support your own regulatory compliance processes. They may be incomplete or produce false positives or negatives. You remain solely responsible for meeting your legal and regulatory obligations, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and know-your-customer requirements.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or any loss arising from any transaction, document, or dealing between Platform users and third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
